Currently we ship orders from our US or overseas/China fulfillment center depending on product availability and your location. We process the order right away and normally ship within 1-5 business days, but sometimes it can take longer for reasons beyond our control (e.g., fulfillment center workload, weather conditions, etc.). We provide you the tracking number. Delivery estimate depends on the carriers.
We are able to offer subsidized shipping by 1. cutting down our own margin, 2. using a fulfillment service who has a high volume shipment, and 3. choosing economy shipping, but with tracking. Thus, #2 also means that depending on their workload and bandwidth, there can be some shipping delays (which are beyond our control). And, #3 also means that there will be no signature requirement with delivery in most cases, and we go by the tracking information for delivery confirmation.
Note: Any custom fees and local taxes are customers' responsibility. Any custom delays are beyond our control. It is customers' responsibility to contact and work with the custom for any custom related issues.
Once you add your items to the cart and specify your address, you will be able to see shipping charges *before* you place your order.
For contiguous US we charge very nominal, or sometimes even FREE, shipping.

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, just ship it back to us, with tracking, within 60 days of purchase, and we will refund you the full amount less our actual S&H cost.Order Cancellation
Orders are processed immediately upon receiving, although it may take 1-5 business days (or sometimes longer depending on the inventory and fulfillment center workload) to prepare the shipment. As a result we can not accept cancellations or changes to orders that have been placed. You may contact us to request a cancellation/change, and we will do our best to assist if possible. It is important to carefully check and confirm your order details before placing the order.Refused/Returned Mail
If a package is refused or returned (for whatever reason), we will only issue a refund after the item has returned to us. Once we receive the item(s), a refund will be provided less our actual S&H cost.
